We are an established family run business focused on providing a prompt, professional, clean and discrete service with fourteen years experience in liquid waste removal based locally at Golden Cross, East Sussex.
Peter is the owner / operator, so the guy you speak to on the phone, or contact by e-mail, is the guy who empties your tank thus providing a personal service!
He is always happy to answer queries and offer impartial advice in a friendly and easy to understand manner and provides a very conscientious standard of service.

Our top priorities are to provide excellent customer satisfaction, reliability and a service you can trust. We know how important this is and we would like to treat you our customer as we would like to be treated ourselves.
As we have a septic tank of our own we understand their foibles and need for regular attention to head off any potential problems and keep things running smoothly!
We like to maintain our vehicle to the highest possible standards as required by law and have a policy of replacing the vehicle every five years. It is currently three years old, is designed with manoeuvrability in mind for access into confined spaces, and has a pipe run of up to 106m (350ft feet) which allows access to harder to reach tanks etc.
We understand the legal implications for householders or businesses not complying with current Environment Agency regulations. Therefore, at each emptying we make a visual check of the condition and running at that time of your tank and will advise you accordingly. This provides you with welcome reassurance.
As a local business ourselves, wherever and whenever possible we like to support other local businesses who are as mindful as we are, and will endeavour to do so to in order to grow community services that will be of benefit to all.
